Kishore is an entrepreneurial leader with 25+ years of experience in building and growing data & technology businesses. He started Site IQ in 2018. Site IQ offers an end-to-end IOT platform used to provide actionable intelligence and workflow solutions to every participant in the fuel management industry.
Kishore specializes in data and the use of technology to disrupt traditional business models. He spent 7 years as an Operating Partner at Rangelight LLC (a midsize private equity firm specializing in data and technology).
Prior to that, he was the President of two lines of businesses at Morningstar Inc (a FinTech company). He developed and led the Global Sales organization at Morningstar and served as a member of the executive team. Additionally, he played an instrumental role in executing Morningstar’s acquisition strategy through target identification, due diligence and integration.
Prior to Morningstar, he was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting and also has experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing company.
Kishore received his BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (Booth School of Business).
Badal is an entrepreneurial business leader and board member with proven success in driving organizational transformation and growth. He easily understands customer needs and is skilled at building and engaging the right team to innovate and execute with optimum results.
Badal has over 25 years of management experience across all functions including operations, technology, product development, finance, sales and HR. He developed and executed strategies to scale a service business from 10 employees to over 280 employees resulting in 10x growth in 10 years - all through partnering with customers to deliver customized solutions.
Badal has extensive experience in providing reverse logistics and re-commerce services in the consumer products, automotive and appliance industries. He was a founding member of CoreCentric Solutions Inc, a leader in remanufacturing consumer goods and the Circular Economy sector. He was also instrumental in establishing an offshore subsidiary for engineering & information technology which helped in the company’s rapid growth while maintaining the cost structure.
Badal is passionate about people and invested in coaching and mentoring to build effective leadership teams, foster problem-solving skills and become experts in process improvement. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in Marketing & Finance.
Ram is a Software architect and Engineer with over 20 years of proven experience in designing, architecting and delivering enterprise applications. He brings extensive knowledge and experience with AWS infrastructure, Big Data Technologies and full stack/ mobile development. Ram enjoys building and mentoring teams to deliver on a successful portfolio of projects.
Prior to joining Site IQ Ram worked as a Principal Engineer/ Architect (Data Engineering) at Abbott Laboratories. As CTO at Site IQ, he is leading the development of the next-gen IOT based AWS cloud architecture.
Mark is responsible for product design and testing. Mark brings over 20 years of experience in printed circuit board design and manufacturing including quality system development and product compliance. With a strong background in remanufactured products, Mark has expertise in reverse engineering and failure analysis as well.
Naailah is a Systems Engineer at Site IQ. She graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She brings academic experience in a range of areas including Python, IoT, and testing and verification. She is a fast learner and enjoys using her skills to contribute to the exciting work at Site IQ.
Sumanth is an experienced Technical Lead with 12+ years in software, specializing in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and scalable system design. A strategic problem-solver, he delivers secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. At SiteIQ, Sumanth guides teams, mentors developers, and collaborates with product owners to drive innovation. He excels in building resilient cloud-native applications, optimizing systems for performance and scalability, and ensuring engineering excellence, elevating our technology's quality and reliability.
Chandan holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and specializes in developing scalable web applications as a full-stack developer. He has a deep understanding of modern web technologies and architectures, with a strong focus on developing end-to-end features, optimizing backend services, and integrating seamless user experiences. Recognized for writing robust and well-architected code, Chandan is a collaborative engineer who embraces continuous learning and consistently delivers high-impact software solutions.
Ayesha is a Data Engineer with a Master’s in Computer Science from Texas Tech University. At Site IQ, she plays a key role in developing and managing data pipelines, real-time data ingestion and platform design with efficient data analysis. She has successfully led critical data migrations between instances. She focuses on streamlining workflows, enhancing data quality, and reducing manual efforts through automation. She is a passionate problem-solver, committed to turning complex data into meaningful insights and learning continuously.
Bhavana is a Data Engineer at Site IQ with a Master’s in Data Science and Analytics from the University of Oklahoma. She focuses on data pipeline development and database management, with a passion for exploring innovative data technologies.
